Fly Daily Holidays (“we”, “us”) operates flydailyholidays.in. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect:
- Your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address
- The destination, travel dates, group size and budget range you tell us
- Anything you write in the message field
- The page you enquired from
We do not use cookies to track you across other websites. Our analytics are cookie-free and do not identify individual visitors.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare an itinerary
- To make bookings on your behalf where you ask us to
- To keep a record of bookings for accounting and legal obligations
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
To arrange a trip we may need to pass your details to:
- Airlines, hotels, transport operators and local ground handlers
- Visa processing centres and embassies
- Insurance providers
We share only what each party needs. For visa applications this can include passport details and supporting documents, which we handle only for that purpose and delete once the application is complete.
Where your data is stored
Enquiry records are stored in Google Workspace services and transmitted through Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Email is delivered through Resend and Zoho Mail. These providers may process data outside India.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to two years. Booking records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@flydailyholidays.in and we will respond within 30 days. Deletion requests may be limited where we are legally required to retain booking records.
Children
This website is not directed at children. We collect children’s details only as part of a family booking made by an adult.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
